Community Partnerships
The Perkiomen Valley School Board and administra-
tion arranged a meet-and-greet with state lawmakers
in the 2018-19 school year to discuss public education
and some of its challenges. The get-together was a
good opportunity to share ideas.
The PV Power Packs
program provides
food to families in
need on weekends
during the school
year and throughout
the summer. Dona-
tions from the com-
munity help support
this effort.
In the fall of 2018, Perkiomen Valley School District inducted its first
members into the district’s Hall of Fame. This annual event offers a won-
derful opportunity to bring the community and the school district together
to celebrate the people who have made an impact on the Valley.
Perkiomen Valley’s annual Art and Food
Truck Festival brings together local artists,
food vendors, employees and families to
celebrate art and community.
Dow Chemical visited Evergreen
Elementary School in the 2018-19
school year to teach students about
polymers through experiments
done in class.
