Gardner has been the Athletic Trainer and an Assistant Strength Coach at Liberty High School in Colorado Springs, CO for the past 12 years. He has designed and implemented various strength and conditioning programs for high school and collegiate athletes since 1986. He received his Master of Science degree in Fitness and Wellness from the University of Memphis and became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 1999. He holds certifications with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Agility Training Institute, and United States Weightlifting Federation (USWF).
