This report outlines the journey
undertaken by the Dubai School
Inspection Bureau (DSIB) of the
Knowledge and Human Development
Authority (KHDA) over the past seven years
in its pursuit to raise standards and improve
the quality of education in Dubai’s private
schools. It is a story of close collaboration with
schools, in which all stakeholders have shown
great commitment to improve the provision of
education for all 255,208 students currently in
Dubai’s private schools.
Seven years since DSIB started annual inspections
of schools, we are pausing to look back, reflect on our
journey and the improvements made by our schools, and
strengthen our commitment to further improving the
quality of private education in Dubai.
