Architect
Architect of Belgian origin with more than
20 years experience in Spain, Ivan directs
the architecture studio Mansion Design.
His studio was born out of the desire to
transmit the quality of life of the Costa del
Sol through the architectural projects he
shares with his clients.
Ivan plays with the architecture styles that
best fit his client’s tastes: contemporary,
classic, modern, rustic Andalusian... always
integrating these projects in their environment, taking into account our envied climate, landscape and nature.
Having lived in several countries where he
received an academic formation and enjoyed a cosmopolitan professional experience, Ivan had the opportunity to learn
several languages (Spanish, French, English, German...) and to have a growing demand of projects worldwide.
Nevertheless Marbella always remained his
favourite place for the numerous qualities
Marbella has.
