Located in the heart of Dubai right next to
Downtown Dubai one of the most prestigious locations in the emirate, Business Bay
once completed will offer a mixed-use community similar to that of New York’s Manhattan, and has been rated among the top

The infrastructure of Business Bay was
completed in 2008, and the entire development is expected to be completed by

million square feet, once completed it will

in landscaped gardens with a network of
roads, pathways and canals, with an aim to
become the region’s business capital as well
