They are also just a stone’s throw from
the hotel which will be opening towards
the end of the year and whose amenities,
including an infinity pool, restaurant,
concierge, spa and hammam will be
available for owners to use at their leisure.
In total just fourteen villas built on only
6% of the land mass make up this special
community, all of which are fully built.
Designed by London-based architect
Nick Gowing, the resort has established
a new architectural vernacular marrying
elegant modern living with traditional
Moroccan heritage.
The villas are built and finished to a
standard rarely seen in the country and
offer a unique investment proposition as
the only resort-based self-contained villas
in the area.
They therefore have the ability to command
a considerable rental yield of between
5 and 6%. Moreover with the opening
of the boutique hotel, which will put the
destination at the forefront of discerning
travel connoisseurs’ itineraries the world
over, capital growth is expected to reach
20 - 25% on completion of the resort in
October this year.
