Australia’s largest urban renewal project, the Green Square project is set to become a true exemplar of sustainable living with developments linked to recycled water, green open space, and integrated public transport system that is expected to attract 40,000 new residents and 22,000 new workers by 2030. Designed by Koichi Takada Architects (KTA), Infinity by Crown will feature approximately 416 residential units and 5,000 square metres of retail and F&B area. The 20-storey tower’s fluid architectural form is sculpted along the flow of traffic and public activities around the perimeter of the building. Like its namesake, the shape of the tower is constructed by two blending loops; the public loop and the residential loop. Opening to north side of the site, the public loop is designed to activate the plaza and streetscape while the residential loop provides amenities and open space for the property’s residents and lets in fresh air and sunshine. The two loops merge into one continuous form and as it tilts outwards, it provides solar protection to the adjacent Green Square Plaza and connects the property to the public domain. Crown Group plans to launch the project for sale later this year. Prices to be confirmed For more information visit: www.crowngreensquare.com.
