a market value of between €1.5m and
€2m million.
Over the course of the 10 year life of the
Fund, Capital Fund shareholders can stay
in their choice of properties for up to 12
nights each year knowing simultaneously
that their investment has every potential of
appreciating in value.
At the end of the life of the Fund, all of the
properties will be sold and the proceeds
and any capital gain will be shared out
amongst investors.
