LEARNING OUTCOMES

The module has two learning outcomes, these will need to be meet in order to pass the module.

Recognise the ways in which approaches to work and patterns of employment have changed and the effects of these on people and society in the 21st century.

Explain how theories and concepts related to the management of people manifest in different organisational contexts.

Summative assessments are used to evaluate your learning, skill acquisition, and academic achievement at the conclusion of the module. These tests, assignments, or projects are used to determine whether you have learned what you were expected to learn (see learning outcomes above).

Formative assessment refers to a wide variety of methods that lecturers use to conduct in-process evaluations of your comprehension, learning needs, and academic progress during a session, module, or course. Formative assessments help us identify concepts that you are struggling to understand, skills you are having difficulty acquiring, or learning objectives you have not yet achieved so that adjustments can be made to lectures, instructional techniques, and academic support.
