• Stay clear about your goal and focus on what ' s important – Tell them what you promised you would tell them !
• Avoid confusing your audience with unnecessary details .
BE PREPARED FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
• Be prepared for interruptions and technical issues .
• Handle tough situations with confidence .
DRESS UP ! ( IF REQUIRED TO DO SO )
• On occasion , your lecturer may expect you to dress professionally to show that your group is putting effort into the presentation , but whether the dress code is stipulated or not your appearance and deportment will convey a certain massage on the day , and you want to be taken seriously don ’ t you ?.
ALL ’ S WELL THAT ENDS WELL
• End your presentation with a proper conclusion and review your group ' s process to show how you met the learning outcomes for the module .
• Thank the audience for their time and allow time for questions and discussion .
• Seek feedback from the audience and be open to constructive criticism .
FINAL SLIDE REVIEW
• Spend 5 minutes explaining how your group ' s work meets the learning outcomes for the module . Ensure that you cover each learning outcome and provide evidence to demonstrate how your presentation meets them .
