Prior to getting into entrepreneurship
way, Anand led the HR and OD functions
at the Piramal Holdings(Group Level),
BPL Mobile (Now Vodafone), GTL
Limited and a consulting assignment at
KPMG Consulting was also associated
with Alfa Laval and the Anand group.
As an entrepreneur, by the end of 2005,
he has set-up Dheya Career Mentors
(India) Pvt. Ltd, an organisation that
is focussed on helping the youth and
professionals of India to realise their
potential, planning their careers and
equipping them with competencies and
life skills to succeed in their careers.
Today Dheya is a platform that hosts
communities of trained Career Mentors
and Facilitators. He is also a consultant
with the World Bank for Swach Bharat
Mission and is helping state projects
to design, implement and manage HR
Policies, Systems, Processes and tools.
