Dr. Aquil Busrai is a Certified Executive
Coach with 45 years of experience in the
Industry. He has worked in various HR
roles with Unilever in Kenya and India,
and was Executive Director HR Motorola
for Asia Pacific countries. He worked
with Shell Malaysia as Director Human
Resources, and Managing Director of
Shell People Services Asia Sdn Bhd.
His last corporate assignment was with
IBM India Limited as Executive Director
Human Resources. He is currently the
CEO of Aquil Busrai Consulting. 37 years in entire gamut of Human
Resource Management with SAIL,
JK Organization, Birlas and Reliance
Industries (in India and Malaysia) at
Mines, Factories and Corporate offices. Rajesh is a Consultant, Facilitator and
Coach, Teacher, Author and Speaker,
where in the objective is to apply
principles from Kautilya’s Arthshastra
(a timeless Management encyclopedia
authored in 4 BC) and other eternal texts
to modern organizations. He is known
for combining the best of western and
Indian management science to provide
Leadership consulting, coaching and
learning solutions to the industry – these
are a first in the industry, led several
hundred Learning Interventions, Training
Programs, Workshops, Offsites and the
like for over 15 years for organizations
in every Industry segment.

Dr. Busrai is a visiting faculty at Berkeley
EMP and UCLA PGPX, besides Indian
Institute of Management. He is a Fellow
at All India Management Association,
and was previously the National
President of National HRD Network.
Dr. Busrai is a keen student of non-
verbal communication and is authoring
a book on body language.
