[SPEAKERS DIARY] MINDFULNESS AT WORK - MY EXPERIENCES & PERSPECTIVE Nikhil Chadha People Transformation Facilitator 52 M indfulness at work — the phrase itself evokes a range of responses: from the hopeful, to the intrigued at one end, and to the downright dismissive at the other. Let me share an experience I had sometime during my career. The scenario was such that the organisation that I was a part of had worked hard over few years to bring about a signifi cant change in the way they operated and was delivering signifi cantly more value to the customers. It was the brain child of my then manager, a very senior leader in the organisation. As all things change, so did the organisation’s environment. A new set of leadership came with new viewpoints and belief that the way of working needs to be fundamentally relooked and there were different choices we should have made.
