What advice would you like to give to upcoming HR Consultants? This led us to our vision – “Make India a Great Place to Work”. Do you think the demand for certifi cations has evolved over the years? I think both demand and supply have evolved. The need for Credibility in a 24x7 social media environment is now felt more than ever. It is in this context that a Gold Standard certifi cation has a strong demand. I would say that clients will respect you for holding the mirror and saying what an employee fi nds diffi cult to say. Try not to lose your professional freedom. What does your HR & Leadership Team do differently to make your organisation a Great Place to Work? We understand that you were an Internal HR Consultant and have long standing experience of working with Senior Leadership at various organisations as well. What is the most important aspect you think a Consultant must have in order to succeed? We are trying to learn from the Best Workplaces. One lesson we are trying to apply is to only hire those people whose lives can change for the better by joining our organisation; so that they, in turn, will make the lives of our customers better.
