It was my s senior colleague, Anil
Sachdev, the C
CEO of an HR consulting

Grow Talent, who was
instrumental i in getting Great Place to
Work® to India in 2003. Anil is a visionary
with many suc
such fi rsts to his credit. In 2007,

acquisition of Grow Talent

American Firm, Right Management,
I opted to set u
up Great Place to Work®
as a separate f full-fl edged organisation,
affi liate of the parent institute in San
