By Sunanda Rao As a founding member, what was your vision for est establishing Great Place to Work® India? It was my s senior colleague, Anil Sachdev, the C CEO of an HR consulting fi rm called Gro Grow Talent, who was instrumental i in getting Great Place to Work® to India in 2003. Anil is a visionary with many suc such fi rsts to his credit. In 2007, following the a acquisition of Grow Talent by an America American Firm, Right Management, I opted to set u up Great Place to Work® as a separate f full-fl edged organisation, affi liate of the parent institute in San Francis Francisco. M My vision in 2007 was simple. We a all wanted India to be an econ economic superpower, but not by e exploiting our 500 million str strong workforce with low wa wages to produce low priced go goods and services.
