Rajiv is the Managing Director of Korn
Ferry Advisory. He has over 25 years of
people and organisational consulting as
well as sales and marketing experience
in Indian organisations and Global
MNC. His areas of expertise include
leadership consulting; coaching
top teams and senior leaders; HR
automation and outsourcing; profit and
loss management; and selection and
assessment solutions.
His coaching assignments have
included relationship building, strategic
alignment, change readiness, and
organisational transformation. Rajiv

Ferry Advisory. He has over fifteen
years of experience working on a range
of business and HR issues across
sectors - conglomerates ; Hi-tech
and internet; infrastructure & utilities;
consumer goods and pharma ; and
government & state owned enterprises.
He advises HR departments, CHROs,
CEOs and company boards on human
capital risks and their mitigation;
company strategy execution; people,
organization and rewards issues..
Shatrunjay has lived and worked in
India, Africa, Middle East, China and
East Asia.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry he was
h e a d i n g Re w a r d s , Ta l e n t a n d
Communications line of business for
Willis Towers Watson in India.
He is also accredited on leading
psychometric assessment
methodologies.
He is a post graduate in management
( HRM) from XLRI. He has attended
IIT Kanpur and SCRA (Ministry
of Railways) for undergraduate
education in engineering. Shatrunjay
was an officer with Indian Central Civil
Services (Indian Railways Service)
before joining private sector.
