In case you missed the event, you can have a quick snapshot of the event summary.
People and Management had an opportunity to have a fi rst-hand lesson from the mind master
himself at the Great Place to work Annual conference, Mumbai, on 21 Feb’19. We spoke about
Mind Mapping, about the future and how we are already equipped to deal with any possible thing
or challenge that could ever come in our way; how organizations are using it & much more. In
this exclusive conversation, Tony shared his thoughts on the evolution of Mind Mapping, present
education system and the exciting future of this visual mapping technique.
This edition, P & M features the topic The most needed Skills & Trends for employer & employees
in 2019.
In this issue, we interacted with seasoned HR Professionals, established CEO’s, upcoming CEO’s
& founders on various aspects of Education and corporate wellness, to have a closer look at itself
and provide industry related solutions.
The short-term courses are trending and most of the job sites are recommending courses based
on the profi le in order to stay relevant and up-to-date with current skills, to incorporate a habit of
life-long learning in people.
We touched upon the rising need of the Off Campus placements in B-schools. Generally, the
B-schools want to wrap up the placements in the shortest period to grab the headlines for future
admissions. Shortlisting for placement day/week is a process that leaves many companies behind.
Alternatively, Off-campus placements, throughout the year, provide the fl exibility in the placement
process.
We look forward to receive your feedback & feed forward.
Happy Reading.
