What I’m most proud of is the
Volunteer License Bill, because
the prime sponsor was a Democrat
and asked a Republican to
sponsor, and the importance
of the bill – it was kind of in
response to Hurricane Sandy
and so emergency preparedness
allows us now to have volunteer
licenses, but also allows us to have
treating docs at our Missions
of Mercy. What I like about this
particular bill was that the
importance of the legislation and
our work with both parties made
this not be a partisan issue, but
something for the good of the
people in the Commonwealth.
