With more supporters came more clients. I was grateful before, but I'm even more grateful now. This was something I've always wanted. My nervousness was shooting through the roof since I was in a new environment and surrounded by new people. All of that is slow disappearing as I continue to progress.
I heard the phrase "starving artist" before and I almost felt I would be that way throughout my career. Luckily, it doesn't seem to be that way. Though I still have to work for someone else for a little longer, I'm glad I get to have a lot more time to put towards what I love. People are appreciating what I do almost as much as I enjoy doing it.
