Town Center Receptionist Lauren Watson, our Town Center Receptionist, is available in the Lounge Monday-Friday, 8:30am3:30pm. Lauren’s responsibilities include:  Tending to the complimentary coffee service and detailing the Pelican Lounge  Processing Town Center payments  Assisting with Town Center marketing and communications  Assisting with event and dining reservations  Providing Town Center tours and registering new Residents Lauren's responsibilities will expand as we progress through the 2014-2015 season. Resident Payment Address for Pelican Preserve Town Center All payments to Pelican Preserve Town Center should be mailed to: Pelican Preserve Town Center, Dept. #3301, P.O. Box 310754, Boca Raton, FL 33431-0754. This is for the Pelican Preserve Town Center only, not Pelican Preserve Golf Club. If you are using bill pay through your bank, please advise your bank of the address to ensure your payments go to the correct address. Remittance envelopes are enclosed in our statements if you wish to pay by check. If you are currently paying online through the Town Center website, no changes need to be made. All winners of the Garden Plottery will need to see Lauren Watson at the Town Center reception desk to pick out a plot and sign the Garden Plot Use Agreement. All gardeners must maintain their assigned garden plot. If you decide not to garden, remove all personal items, plants, weeds, etc. from the garden plot and notify Lauren at the Town Center Reception Desk at (239) 9851692 or email [email protected]. Looking for the Newspaper For your convenience, a Fort Myers News -Press newspaper stand is located in the Town Center across from the dog park. When initially logging in to the website your username will be your Town Center account number followed by either 0 or 1 depending upon who the primary is on the account. Passwords are the first letter of your first name followed by your last name (no spaces and lower case).
