NEED PASSES OR CARDS ? Forms are available in the Brokke Center for guest passes , golf cart registration , dog park registration , town center access cards and more . Forms are located in the hanging files around the corner from the Resident Services offices . Please fill out your form ( labeled on the bins ) and leave in the “ COMPLETED ” bin provided . Please allow three to five business days for items to be completed . You may also call ( 239 ) 985-1770 , option 1 and make a reservation for Resident Services . All renters must obtain Preferred Guest cards from Resident Services in the Brokke Center . Guests are permitted at the outdoor venues at the Town Center .
COMMUNITY SECURITY COMPANY Weiser Security Services monitors gate access into the community and provide patrols through the neighborhoods . The system , DwellingLive , aids in security to allow access into the community and make Pelican Preserve safer .

Access CARD SYSTEM
The Town Center is equipped with an access control system . The only way to access the outdoor pool area , sewing room , billiard room and card room is with Preferred Guest cards .
ALL RENTERS must obtain Preferred Guest cards from Sue Surface in the Brokke Center .
GUESTS Guests are permitted at the outdoor venues at the Town Center ( pools , Flip-Flops , tennis and pickleball ).
Residents may accompany guests to the outdoor pools / Flip- Flops to receive wristbands or Residents may acquire guest passes with the Town Center reception office in order to gain access to the pools / Flip-Flops .

Or log in to the Residents website to update your information on the “ My Profile ” page , which is automatically routed to the administrative office upon update ! Please be sure to update :
• Address and phone numbers
• Birthday so you can be a part of the Destinations Birthday Club
• Emergency contact form , which can be updated by filling out a form at Soleil front desk . The emergency contact information is kept on file in the event we need to contact someone for you .
