Final preparations are underway to finish up the renovated Brokke Center with a target date of opening sometime in September . The Brooke Center will house the library , new coffee café , beautiful patio overlooking the water , poker / game room , card rooms , performing arts room , and computer room . As the expansion project continues at Flip-Flops and Group Exercise , one of the card rooms will be temporarily used as a group exercise room . The Brokke Center will also be designated as the NEW Business Office where Residents can pay bills , inquire about statements , receive access cards , make copies , send faxes and more . In combination with the Castle Group offices , the Brokke Center will be your one stop shop for Resident services . The new furniture will arrive sometime this fall .
