Messages Welcome Back Fision News .
Pelican Preserve has its own Community Channel where Residents can find lots of information regarding Pelican Preserve and the Town Center , list of PPCA Board Members , committees , hours of operation at the Town Center , billing information , special events and entertainment listings , contact information for Castle Group Property Management staff and ICON Management staff , and so much more .
Pelican Preserve Community Channel Easily Available on the Fision Remote
To access the Channel , you use the Hotwire Fision remote-control device and press the “ My Home ” button located on the top row in the middle , just right of the “ Power On ” button . That opens up the Channel for viewing .
There are 11 major categories listed on the left of your TV when opened :
PP Community Association Town Center Activities and Clubs Dining Racquet Sports Special Events Soleil Health and Fitness Community Outreach
You can scroll through these topics by pressing the up and down arrows on your remote . When you find the topic you want , you press “ SELECT .” That will take you to subcategories that you can then highlight with your “ down ” arrow and hit “ Select .”
Some Fision remotes do not have a “ MyHome ” button . In these cases , press “ MENU ” or the LEFT ARROW on your Fision remote . Then press PROPERTY and press OK / SELECT .
Pelican Preserve Channel Also Accessible on Your Smartphone and Tablet
The PP Community Channel and other Hotwire features are also available on your smartphone or tablet using the free " Hotwire Fision " app . Once you download the " Hotwire Fision " app from your smartphone or Tablet app store onto your device , you then touch the " Community " icon at the bottom of the screen .

RESIDENT ID CARD UPDATE
Due to supply chain issues , we are experiencing delays in receiving the cards . If you have not received your New Resident ID card , please visit the Pelican Lounge . Distribution times will be from 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday . Appointments are not necessary .
Please visit the Pelican Lounge / Library to receive your new card . New photos will be taken , as well as updating your account profile . To expedite this process , please fill out the Pelican Preserve Resident User Information Form available on line under Forms & Documents on the Pelican Preserve Town Center website or email Nicole Chausse or Ashley Rowe if you have any questions .
Your Resident ID card may be used for identification , gate / room proximity access , and account charging to help ensure accurate billing . Your Resident ID card will have your name and account number printed on the card , as well as your picture , along with a magnetic stripe encrypted with your Town Center account number so it can be swiped for an account charge at the Town Center .
Here is some additional information that will be helpful to know :
Please do NOT hole punch new cards . Lanyards and pouches are available to purchase in the Pelican
Lounge / Library and Fitness Center .
Please do not place card on cell phone charging pad .
Please note that cards cannot be distributed without a recent photo .

After your photo is taken , you will be given your new card or receive a date / time your card will be ready for pickup at the Town Center .
