Reliable feedstock handling is becoming critical for UK anaerobic digestion( AD) plants as operators aim to maximise throughput, improve stability and increase renewable gas output under increasingly variable conditions.

Expanded BTEX and BN pump ranges for higher throughput
SEEPEX has extended its BTEX and BN pump portfolio to capacities from 5 to 160 m ³/ h at pressures up to 8 bar, supporting agricultural digesters, food waste plants and co-digestion facilities.
The BTEX design provides effective premixing, blending dry and fibrous solids with liquids before pumping. This reduces sedimentation, improves process stability and supports more consistent digester loading. Operators benefit from lower internal mixing demand, improved flow consistency and enhanced gas yield potential.
