KABELSCHLEPP Metool configures TOTALTRAX systems for XXL filling systems
As a specialist for automated filling and testing systems in automotive final assembly, SAT Anlagentechnik GmbH from Dägeling in Germany benefits from the current change towards electromobility. SAT Anlagentechnik involved KABELSCHLEPP Metool to ensure rapid implementation of an ambitious large order. The experts for cable carriers delivered 24 configured TOTALTRAX systems for a total of eight Movable Combi filling systems.
The customized systems from SAT Anlagentechnik fill vehicles with liquid and gaseous media during the production process, in compliance with the highest quality and process standards. The“ Combi” in the product name indicates that all media can be filled with a single system. It follows the assembly line(“ Movable”) and carries out filling step by step in several cycles.
The customized all-in-one systems not only place high requirements on the production at SAT Anlagentechnik, but also on all suppliers. Cable carriers had to be supplied as a turnkey complete system for a large project overseas – a challenge that KABELSCHLEPP Metool readily accepted. The TOTALTRAX specialists took on not only the design, harnessing, and testing of the cable carrier systems, but also provided the complete documentation and suitable transport packaging for shipping.
