James Technical Services Limited are a well-established UK specialist manufacturer. Designing, building and servicing high performance environmental test chambers for a wide variety of industries. Test chambers are used throughout industry to ensure the excellence of a product before it hits the open market. Depending which industry you are in, aerospace, cosmetics, defence, pharmaceuticals, medical, technology, or automotive, you most likely use or order items that have gone through rigorous environmental test chamber testing.
JTS has transitioned to an employeeowned company over the past 12 months and are looking forward to some exciting times ahead. This with new employees starting, roles changing the journey is in its infancy but the whole team are behind the solutions we provide

Your idea & Requirement
Most products will require testing at some stage and here at JTS we will work with you to supply a test chamber that will cover all your testing needs.
Initial discussions
This can be by telephone or email we will listen to your requirements and start to pull together ideas and layouts of chamber designs that will suit your needs. A site visit maybe worthwhile to look in detail at the product that requires testing and the facility layout to design the chamber
to fit in with the environment its going to be used.
We will prepare a quote
After the discussions and concept layouts have been agreed a quotation and chamber / room specification will be formally issued to the customer catching all the requirements and full details on the scope of supply that JTS offer for this project.
Design stage & approval
After order placement discussions will take place regards the detailed design and this will involve the sales and design teams from JTS ensuring a smooth hand over of all the technical information and a discussion with the team purchasing the equipment to ensure all aspects have been captured. A detailed general
assembly drawing will be issued for approval this will be agreed before we proceed to the manufacturing stage.
Build & test All JTS test chambers are manufactured at the purposebuilt factory in mid Wales using local engineers and suppliers where we can. The chambers go through the various sections in the manufacturing area ranging from mechanical, electrical & refrigeration before going into the test department for final setup specification and performance checks.
Commission & Handover After completing its testing procedure and setup site commissioning maybe required which will include delivery of the chamber / room with the complete installation. The equipment will then go through site performance checks with a JTS service engineer showing all the chamber operating parameters and performance charts to the customer before final sign off and hand over of the fully installed equipment.
