The CSPM500 Composite Router provides an efficient and accurate method of cutting composite test specimens . The large bed size allows for a broad range of specimen dimensions with an automatic and manual feed to allow quick and precise repeatability of cuts .
Using highly accurate axis drives in one attempt produces a much more accurate final specimen , reducing compounding errors over several machining processes . This minimises waste and also saves both time and energy resource .
Control software allows bespoke set up to produce a variety of geometry – from simple shapes to complex curves – and supports DXF & G-code imports enabling one-off machining set ups .
