Compact O2 transmitter for reliable measurement of oxygen concentration

SenzTx Electrochemical Flow Through Sensor
Zirconia sensor technology The zirconia oxygen sensor is a non-depleting zirconia solid electrolyte sensor . It offers fast response time from ambient oxygen levels with virtually no drift , has long calibration intervals , and an expected operational life of three to five years with very little user intervention . While not able to perform measurements in a hard vacuum or a pressurized gas environment , the construction of the zirconia sensor will not be damaged if exposed to these conditions . The zirconia sensor also has low cross-sensitivity to other gases and is not position or orientation sensitive . This rugged measurement technology enables a wide range of measurement applications in many industries .
Electrochemical sensor technology The electrochemical sensor performs measurements at ambient temperatures enabling oxygen measurements in combustible gases such as Hydrogen or a process gas containing hydrocarbons .
The low power requirement of the electrochemical sensor enables low power and loop-powered instrumentation to be used making for easier integration in to control systems . In the absence of oxygen there is no output from the electrochemical sensor , meaning only one calibration is required . of measurement . The flow through block can also be specified with an orifice in the inlet port to ensure the correct pressure and flow over the sensor . The SenzTx is a self-contained calibrated transmitter . The transmitter offers a choice of analog and digital outputs through a single electrical connector and no additional signal processing is required to achieve an accurate measurement . The compact size of the transmitter further enhances the ease of integration and installation .
