COMPACT LASER DIODE LINE MODULES HSML-E WITH ULTRA-THIN LINES
The new HSML-E is a series of laser diode line modules which are very compact and deliver an ultra-thin line . Laser head and laser driver are separated which allows a very compact size of the laser head of just Ø12.6mm x 44mm . The laser driver is 200mm away from the laser head with dimensions of Ø12.6mm x 40mm and can be operated at 24V . The beam line can be focussed to e . g . a thickness of just 10 µ m at 40mm distance . Standard fan angles are 10 ° - 90 °. The wavelength range is from 405nm to 1060nm with output powers up to 50mW . The power stability is typically <± 5 % over 8 hours at an operating temperature range from 10 ° C to 50 ° C . As an option these modules are offered with potentiometer for power adjustment , external TTL modulation up to 1MHz and analogue modulation up to 100kHz . The housing is electrically isolated and satisfies the protection class IP67 which makes these modules ideal for the use in industrial applications with harsh environmental conditions . The major applications are machine vision , scanning , profiling and laser triangulation .
HIGH POWER LINE LASER DIODE MODULES
The ML2540-Series laser modules deliver high output power up to 2W and are ideal for the use in industrial applications with harsh environmental conditions . The offered wavelengths range is from 405nm to 1060nm . Apart from round and line beam , other beam shapes like grids , circles or line and dot arrays are available . The line beam has a sharp rectangular shape with homogenous power distribution along the line . The housing is electrically isolated and keeps the protection class IP65 ( IP67 optional ) conditions . TTL modulation up to 1MHz and analogue modulation up to 100kHz are optionally available . The power stability is < 1 % over 24 hours .
Applications include , but are not limited to , roof tile alignment , railway conditions control , steel parts production , subsea robotics , traffic control , long distance pointer in defense applications .
LASER DIODE MODULES WITH SINGLE MODE FIBER OUTPUT
The new series ML1xxFC are laser diode modules with a single mode fiber output . The wavelength range is from 405nm to 2500nm . The power out of the SM fiber can be up to 100mW . The operating temperature range is from -10 ° C to + 50 ° C . With dimensions of 12.6mm to 15mm in diameter and 40mm in length ( without connector ) they are very compact . As an option these modules are offered with potentiometer for power adjustment , external TTL modulation up to 1MHz and analogue modulation up to 100kHz .
LASER LINE MODULES WITH EASY FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
It is eminently necessary in machine vision , especially in 3D vision systems , to have a laser illumination source that delivers uniform and stable line beam . FLC offers line laser diode modules from the HAML-F series for those applications . They are very compact , reliable and the focus can easily be adjusted by rotating the upper part by hand . Additionally it fulfills the IP67 requirements , which make it the right product for the use in harsh environmental conditions at production facilities . The wavelength range is from 405nm to 1060nm and the output power can be up to 200mW .

NEW HIGH POWER LASER ILLUMINATORS
Frankfurt Laser Company now offers a new series of highpower laser illuminators based on high quality VCSEL chips and excellent optic design . With an optical output power of up to 25W it is possible to achieve an illumination range of more than 5000m . The illuminators of the FLTT series have a large dynamic beam angle zooming range and match the field view angle of most standard cameras . The customer can choose between RS232 , RS422 ; RS485 and TTL interface and they are compatible with major lens and cameras , integrated with the protocols of Pelco D . It is easy for users to implement the illuminators in their systems . Simultaneously , position can be pre-set via serial port , and users can call the instruction to operate conveniently in use . Due to uniform power intensity of the beam , users can obtain high quality videos and easily recognize gestures .
