Ansomatic
Ansomatic is an AR based process control software designed to guide operators successfully through a manufacturing process . It prevents human errors and provides on the job learning by digitizing all work instructions , projecting the right information straight onto the workstation and tracking the correct execution of tasks .
Not only does it increase the operator ’ s productivity , but it improves the production quality and process predictability . The picture shows the projections in which sequence the operator needs to tighten the nuts on a booster ( the heart of an aircraft engine ).
Ansomatic is easy self-configurable so no specific training or programming skills are needed to set it up and is compatible with any combination of intelligent tools ( torque- , rivet- ,…) or programs ( ERP , MES ,…)

New lightweight filling material with high damping properties
Numerous machines are impaired in their performance by vibrations . To counteract this , the German durcrete GmbH has developed the lightweight and highly damping filler material durcrete ® cell .
durcrete ® cell is a mineral filler to reduce vibrations in metallic structures . Damping is increased by over 300 % and vibration amplitudes are reliably reduced . The damping material eliminates harmonics caused by sheet metal vibrations and reduces noise radiation . With its balanced weight-to-rigidity ratio , the lightweight material is ideal for moving components and for filling hollow steel and aluminum sections . While natural frequencies are changed only minimally , guiding rails and motors can be designed economically and the machine retains its dynamics .
