The SifWeld Evolution MTS200SYN with PFC technology for 230Volt or 110Volt in single-phase operation combines intelligent Synergic and Manual MIG welding , providing smooth and powerful genuine Lift TIG and MMA performance . It also features a large colour LCD display with a simple , easy-to-use interface allowing configuration of current , voltage , gas , arc-force , burn-back and inductance in MIG , you are also able to have full control of the Lift TIG and MMA functions .
The SifWeld Evolution MTS300SYN high current 230Volt single phase and the MTS400SYN , 400Volt Three Phase professional machines are microprocessor-controlled inverter welding package for MIG , MMA & Lift-TIG applications .
100 % Duty Cycle at 400A and 60 % at 500A for the MTS400SYN this
machine is the ideal work horse for high production manufacturing in both air cooled or water cooled versions . Using the built in Synergic facility the machine will automatically give the optimum welding parameters for the specific material , wire size and shielding gas .
SifWeld Evolution MTS500DP ( Dual Pulse ) and MTS400 Robot are suitable for MIG , MMA and TIG welding applications . Both machines are 500 amp with a 400 amp output at 100 % Duty Cycle providing smooth and powerful genuine Lift TIG and MMA performance . Incorporating the built in Synergic and Dual Pulse facility the machines will automatically give the optimum welding parameters for the specific material , wire size and shielding gas , including optimum MIG welding of aluminium . The MTS500 Robot has all the high quality and high production features of the MTS500DP , with the added advantage of Full Digital or Analogue Control from most types of industrial and collaborative Robots .
Dual Pulsed MIG technologies , like that of the MTS500DP , and MTS500 Robot have advanced to provide excellent welding performance on thin gauge aluminium , stainless and other alloys . Upgrading to a modern MIG inverter can improve productivity , reduce weld costs , and improve operator efficiency . Dual Pulsed MIG can replace AC TIG by giving welders the ability to control heat input , increase travel speeds , eliminate burn through and control the bead profile while welding aluminium . The new Dual Pulsed Sifweld Evolution MIG technology enables operators to tailor the arc length to match their personal preferences .
TIG The advanced Sifweld Evolution Aerotech range of AC / DC TIG machines have features normally only available on high end Aerospace specific TIG welding machines , including : Four power levels of HF ignition strength , fully adjustable cleaning and welding current levels on both the positive and negative parts of the AC Square Wave Cycle .
The SifWeld Evolution TS200AC / DC and TS320AC / DC Aerotech Inverter TIG welder is fully digital and programmable professional , microprocessor-controlled inverter welding power source for AC TIG , DC TIG & MMA applications . The use of IGBT technology providing a compact and lightweight machine that is feature rich including the advanced Aerotech features and High-Speed Pulse . There is also a fully digital control with large colour LCD for showing and changing all welding parameters .
The SifWeld Evolution TS200DC Dual Voltage Inverter TIG welder is a fully digital welding machine used for TIG and MMA welding .
