Looking for robust and resistant lined diaphragm valves for Industrial applications ? GEMÜ offers highly versatile lined diaphragm valves that withstand both corrosive media and a wide temperature range . They meet even the strictest requirements in conjunction with the appropriate diaphragm material , thereby ensuring a high degree of operational reliability . There is no other sector in which demands on valve bodies are as varied as in industrial applications . In many cases , a valve with a full metal body cannot be used , since the corrosive medium attacks and can even destroy the material .
A fully plastic body is often also unsuitable , since the temperatures can be higher than the material allows . Produced using high-quality materials under strict quality controls ( e . g . spark testing ), GEMÜ lined valve bodies are available in polypropylene ( PP ), fluoroplastics such as PFA , as well as soft and hard rubber lining – making the valve an ideal workhorse when exposed to heavy chemical and mechanical loads .
