Smart and fast 3D analysis
With the 3D sensor from EVT it is now possible to realize 3D analysis without PC . Simply attach the pre-calibrated sensor , select the task from the ready-to-use inspection tools and then measure an angle , distance or gap with a measuring frequency of up to 3000 measurements per second . The result can be taken directly from the sensor as a good or bad signal . Optionally , the data can be sent to the PLC via Profinet or Modbus to correct a production process immediately and automatically .
The sensor is only connected to a computer ( Windows / Linux ) for a short time for configuration . The inspection is configured with the ready-to-use inspection tool and can be used immediately . The sensor can also be used for more complex tasks than the ready-to-use inspection tools allow . In this case more detailed tools can be used in the remote configuration system of the EyeVision software .

LOGiCAL supports mobile calibration online or off using Beamex documenting calibrators or the bMobile tablet or smartphone app . Calibrations can also be configured and performed using any internet-connected device with a web browser .
