The new bio-cleanseal ® product line from liquitec ensures the sealing of pipe systems in controlled clean room environments . The system is based on a smooth stainless steel sealing element with an elastomer mono seal for the penetration of pipes between controlled environments . The system is designed for use under various conditions and can also withstand problematic environmental conditions . For example , it is chemical-resistant and Atex-compliant . The installation of the sealing element for pipe penetrations and the orientation of the penetration is very flexible . The sealing element can be attached to ceilings , walls or floors and compensates a slope of the pipe segment of up to 5 °. The sealing system is designed to completely dampen vibrations and also acts as a noise reducer . It also has smooth surfaces , a hygienic design and is manufactured in accordance with regulations and GMP guidelines .
