POLYFORM™
A system for sealing leaking pipes whilst live
and leaking, approved for use without grit
blast cleaning, for application by site staff. We
provide training and technical support.
The system is simple, cost effective and
permanent.
The Polyform™ System is a two-part sealant
that once mixed forms a non-slumping robust
consistency that can be applied to repair any
shape and size main or fitting.
Once the Polyform is applied a film is
wrapped over the sealant and pulled tight.
The tension creates downward pressure
which compresses the Polyform onto the pipe
surface and stop the leak. Its as simple as that!
Derivatives are available for subsequently
damaged PE pipes of all grades including
PVC.
It is approved to GIS LC8 and DIN standards.
Independent studies show that Polyform™
delivers labour savings as a result of the
universal fitting; ease of application and less
time required on site.
