At Dudley Industries we are a company

manager comments ‘over the years we’ve
found that many of our customers were
frustrated with the compromises they needed
to make using standard enclosures, the
internal space was limited and the access
points weren’t exactly where they needed
to be, making the whole process more
complicated than it needed to be’.
The term ‘bespoke’ often conjures up
impressions of expensive but at DI we operate
a lean manufacturing process that ensures
efficient throughput, reducing lead times and
helping to keep costs down. Our continual
investment in the latest equipment ensures
efficiency at all times. We are proud to offer
flat bed and 5 axis laser cutting, presses
ranging up to 400 ton including a hydraulic
press. Our ABB robot ensures we can linish
quickly and consistently.
Our team of design engineers use smart
technology including 3D CAD to take your
enclosure specification through to CNC
manufacturing layouts, providing prototypes
along the way to ensure the design is just
as required. We’re here to support you; we
want to work collaboratively with you to
ensure you get the very best output. All
our company practices and procedures are
externally accredited to ISO 9001:2015, in
addition to applying a ‘right first time’ DFM
and DFA philosophy.
We are currently working with major
businesses providing bespoke casings and
enclosures for equipment ranging from high
end scientific laboratory instrumentation
through to parts for the transport
infrastructure.
