Designed to provide hot water
instantaneously whatever the load conditions
up-to 2100kW, a water storage vessel is not

the requirement for regular inspections.
Advantageously, the ENCOsys® does not
need to be stripped down for insurance
inspections allowing for significant cost
savings, reduced downtime and dramatically
improved health and safety risks associated.
Sites with ENCOsys® units installed
benefit from reduced heat loss, improved
temperature control and better thermal
efficiency, allowing for vast improvements to
operation efficiency and energy savings.
This system is more responsive to changes in
secondary operating conditions, achieving
far tighter temperature control. Generally,
the water temperature leaving shell and
tube heat exchangers tend to cycle in a
pattern similar to a sine wave, meaning the
temperature set point may have to be set
higher to ensure the unit meets the required
load at all times. By using ARI-ENCOsys®,

temperature control is considerably
improved, providing an estimated 3% energy
saving and 7% more energy efficiency.
Extremely compact, the ENCOsys® heating
system ranges from the largest occupying
around 3m3 to the smallest occupying less
than 1.5m3, producing a smaller footprint
than many alternatives on the market.
