Malaysian refinery trusts Rotork
Client Support Programme
for tailored valve actuation
management
Oliver Twinsafe continues to grow through
product development in the valve industry
aimed at international oil and gas companies.
They have recently completed an API Annex
F PR2 qualification on their metal seated
1-13/16” 10,000psi double block and bleed
valve. The qualification included 200 cycles at a
temperature range of -46 to +144 deg C. Oliver
Twinsafe completed the qualification with third
party witness and zero through seat leakage.
Malaysian refinery trusts Rotork Client Support
Programme for tailored valve actuation
management The Rotork Client Support
Programme (CSP) has been chosen by the
Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad for the
asset management of Rotork valve actuation
equipment at its Port Dickson refinery.
The CSP is designed to meet the company’s
specific needs, encompassing 157 Rotork electric
actuators, a Rotork Master Station and Pakscan
control loop testing facility. The Rotork CSP can
increase reliability and availability of actuator
and control products via predictive maintenance
and asset management. This includes equipment
checks, replacement of worn components and
partial or complete overhauls at specific periods.
CSP clients have 24/7 access to Rotork Support
Centres, with prioritised technical assistance
backed by comprehensive resources.
The potential for this development, which will
probably be patented, is huge, particularly in the
Far and Middle East sectors where Oliver Valves
has its own sales organisations.
