New bellows seal valve range for
medium pressure
The versatile bellows sealed globe valve range,
FABA, has the new addition of the FABA Supra
MD – now offering the process industry a stop
valve with bellows seal suitable for medium
pressures from PN 63 to 160.
Durable and failsafe, the reinforced bellows
seal allows for up to 10,000 cycles. This model
is reliably tight, even at higher pressures,
proven by its leakage rate “A” tested in
accordance with DIN EN.
Available in cast steel, forged steel and heat
resistant steal with nominal diameters of DN
10 to 100 and pressures from PN 63 to 160, the
FABA Supra MD is offered with flange or butt
weld end connection types.

Following a substantial research project with
the aim of reducing exhaust gas emissions and
improving the energy efficiency of burners,
Babcock Wanson is pleased to announce the
first of its new burners borne of this project:
Optimo 2.
Optimo 2 is designed as a fully configurable
stand alone burner for medium size firetube
Steam Boilers ranging from 2 to 4t/h output.
Optimo 2 burners are available from 1500
to 3500kW output for new Steam Boilers
and also as a retrofit solution to upgrade
existing boilers to meet enhanced emission
requirements.
