Justin explains “As the
Manufacturing Engineering
sector develops there will always
be challenges with the constant
drive to implement innovation
within a business. Having both
new graduates and time served
engineers on our online courses
working closely together in a
virtual learning environment
creates excellent opportunities
for discussion around practical
applications whilst having direct
relevance to the workplace. A
collaborative student community
of engineers at different stages
in their careers and from a wide
range of backgrounds, each
sharing their experiences and
perspectives to broaden one
another’s understanding of the
