Compared to conventional nut and bolt
installations, which can loosen in high-vibration
environments, Huck lockbolts have proven to be
impervious to the effect of vibration in a number
of very demanding applications. These include rail,
automotive, agricultural vehicles and machinery,
commercial vehicles and chassis and wind power;
the application opportunities are endless.
The secret to this performance difference can be
found in the unique Huckbolt design, in which
the collar is fully swaged into the locking grooves
of the pin. Huckbolts are precision
engineered two piece fasteners that
once installed, no matter how vibration
intensive the environment, never come
loose. Huckbolts provide direct metal-
to-metal contact when installed, which
eliminates the transverse vibration
often found in conventional nuts and
bolts. Engineered for a wide range of
applications, Huckbolts deliver superior
joining, shear, and tensile strength for
an unmatched fastening solution.
Huckbolts can be effectively used
with virtually any metal, and dissimilar
metals – with dissimilar coefficients
of thermal expansion – present no
problems. Varying material thicknesses
in a joint are readily accommodated,

a manual SPOUT-LOCK™ clamp ring atop
a pneumatically actuated TELE-TUBE™
telescoping tube that allows quick, dust-tight
connections between the bag spout and
hopper, and automatically elongates the bag
as it empties to promote flow and evacuation.
A POWER-CINCHER™ pneumatically-actuated
flow control valve cinches the bag spout
concentrically with no leakage of material,
allowing gradual opening of the bag spout
as well as retying of partially empty bags.
FLOW-FLEXER™ bag activators raise and lower
opposite bottom edges of the bag, promoting
material flow and total discharge.
This rugged, sealed connector features IP68
rating and is ideal for applications ranging
from medical, test and measurement to
