life-time when carefully maintained and
serviced. The valves have an 18 month
warranty.
Gericke RotaVal view the sale of their valves
as just the start of the partnership with their
customers and have launched a full after-
sales service called RotaCare.
On-Site Surveys: If customers are not sure
what they need or having difficulties with
existing valves an on-site survey can be
arranged that will give some advice and
point customers in the right direction.
Training: When valves have been delivered,
there may be need for support and training
during installation.
Gericke RotaVal have the ability to supply
an experienced engineer to offer guidance
through the process.
This is chargeable but well worth the
investment.
Servicing & Maintenance Contracts: Gericke
RotaVal can arrange to regularly service
rotary valves to maximise performance. This
can be a one-off or an annual arrangement.
Spares: Gericke RotaVal offer a full spares
programme to keep customer’s production
up and running.

DIXON LAUNCHES RANGE OF MIX PROOF
VALVES
Dixon announces the extension of its wide
range of hygienic process valves with the
addition of the Dixon Rieger range of Mix
Proof and Double Seat valves both hygienic
and aseptic.
The range includes Mix-Proof valves,
double seat valves which are an economical
alternative to mix proof valves, hygienic
pressure resistance valves, hygienic overflow
valves, tank bottom, pigging (product
recovery) valves and regulating valves.
Applications
Food and beverage, dairy, bio-processing,
pharmaceutical, and cosmetics where
aseptic and hygienic conditions are required
and clean ability is paramount.
Features
Thanks to a modular block design, changing
over to an aseptic design is possible for
the single seat valves. Dixon Rieger valves
are completely drainable and have a dead
space free design. All valves come with Ra
0.8µm. Higher specification polishes and
electro polishes are available. Solid housings
manufactured from solid 316L bar and exotic
materials such as Hastelloy are available.
