he new Verderfl ex® Vantage
5000 is a highly advanced next
generation
peristaltic pump system with touch screen
technology and intuitive operating system.
Easy to operate, Verderfl ex® Vantage
5000 off ers an extremely user- friendly
operations menu structure with highly
visible, color coded on-screen status alerts
and alarms indicators.
The advanced system in Verderfl ex®
Vantage 5000 not only has enough
internal memory that saves up to 30
dosing and batching programs but allows
users to back-up job-fi les through its
USB data-port. In addition to a rotor that
increases tube life and service intervals,
the Verderfl ex® Vantage 5000 has a smart
tube burst sensing system. This makes
its performance highly reliable when
compared with standard basic cased
pumping systems.

Precise Dosing Innovative Technology
The Verderfl ex® Vantage 5000 has a
higher turn down ratio for precise dosing
control leading to optimized chemical
usage and lowered water treatment
and processing costs. With precision
dosing at high discharge pressures, the
Verderfl ex® Vantage 5000 solves many
pumping problems. With its gentle and
low shear peristaltic pumping action
it is ideal for pumping fragile biotech
cultures and particle size sensitive water
industry fl occulants. As a genuine dry
priming pump Verderfl ex® Vantage
5000 readily pumps off -gassing liquids
including hypochlorite’s, eliminating vapor
locking dosing failures without additional
degassing valves and other ancillary
equipment. As with all peristaltic pumps
only the tubing is in contact with the
pumped fl uid, making the Vantage 5000
ideal for metering corrosive reagents or
particle heavy slurries such as lime. In addition, Verderfl ex® Vantage 5000
employs new technology featuring
analogue remote control action, real time
event clock for timer triggered operations,
options with SCADA versions with optical
isolation and digital control protocols.
This means the smart system is compatible
with almost all high-tech pumping
applications in various industries including
water treatment, food, pharmaceuticals,
breweries and chemical dosing with highly
reliable and effi cient performance.
