WPQRs on record we are more than equipped to handle most forms of welding. Machined Chock as having just successfully maintained our Bronze certifi cation for ‘Investors in People’ award, the last few years has seen some strong growth in the companies capacity, including 2 new Floor Borers, introducing in- house shot blasting, painting and stress relieving and a bespoke personalised business intelligence software. All this is situated in our 80,000 square foot facility based in Oldham, Lancashire. Precision Machining With the full scope of precision machining at our disposal there are few jobs we aren’t able to take on. With several fl oor borers, vertical borers, horizontal borers, milling machines, lathes, radial arm drills and machining centres. All supported with overhead cranes and a total of 45 tonne tandem lift capacity. Fabrication We also off er a high level of fabrication processes, with a team of coded welders that can operate to BSEN, ASME, AWSD1.1 and NORSOK weld specs and with over 600 Other Services Our other services include painting, shot blasting, stress relieving, project management and design. All jobs are inspected to a high standard and can come with a completed LTR fi le that is updated throughout the manufacturing process and any additional testing or inspection required can be performed at our facilities separate inspection room fi tted with Faro Arms and CMM.
