Today’s production processes can be divided into two distinct
“High Pressure” and “Low Pressure” operations.
H
igh Pressure applications
require special overpressure
protection due to the
demanding process
conditions including pressures up to
several thousand bar and temperatures
over 300˚ C which mainly occur in
autoclaves. Related compressors face
similar pressures.
REMBE used their expertise in high
pressure rupture disc applications to
produce a batch of specially designed
welded assemblies called HPRD which
have a much longer life span than such
