Innovation At The Heart Of Maintec 2016 he UK’s leading maintenance, plant and asset management event, Maintec 2016, returns to Birmingham’s NEC on 22 - 24 March, with a new seminar programme, a top speaker line-up and a packed hall full of leading suppliers. T Seminar Programme The 2016 seminar programme will feature two keynote presentations every day sharing expertise from across the industry, alongside exhibitor presentations. This will give maintenance professionals and engineers in attendance a range of educational opportunities to learn about the latest trends and market drivers. The keynote sessions will include Phil Reeves, Vice President of Stratasys Consulting who will discuss the ‘Potential for 3D printing in the maintenance function’. Paul Hingley, CMR Business Manager at Siemens Customer Services, will be looking at ‘Where maintenance collides with Industry 4.0 and the internet of things’. While Alan Gane, Maintenance Manager at Jaguar Land Rover will be exploring ‘Developing Maintenance Skills’, with many more to be confirmed. Exhibitors Some of the biggest UK exhibitors will be using Maintec 2016 as the launch pad for new technologies and products. Those on board include Fluke, Atlas Copco Compressors, Indysoft Europe, AV Technology, UE Systems Europe and Technical Training Solutions, to name just a few. Complimentary Shows The show will also be co-located with two highly practical shows. The first of these complimentary events is Facilities Management 2016, the UK’s only event to focus on the large scale and multi-site facilities industry, which also features the Cleaning Zone. This zone focuses on buyers and suppliers from within the cleaning industry and will include the top innovations from the sector.
