Conclusion
Peak to Peak’s strategic plan is used by the board of directors and
school administration to strategically chart a course for the future.
The Innovation goals, strategies, and initiatives described in the
plan are aspirational, and go beyond what is frequently measured in
a school environment. The foundational Key Performance Indicators,
the measurable Excellence in the strategic plan, are used to
monitor progress in critical areas, guide strategic directions for the
school, and inform budget decisions and resource allocations. Using
the two parts of the strategic plan in this way allows the school to
maintain the level of achievement that has earned local, state and
national recognition, while taking grand leaps into the uncharted,
the inspired, and the leading edge of exemplary education.
