Relationships At Peak to Peak, we recognize that relationships — both within our community as well as outside of it — are an important driving force of the school’s success. The KPIs in this area measure student, staff, and parent/guardian satisfaction as well as students’ perceptions about school climate through survey results. In this category, we track the number of opportunities our teachers and administrators have to present their expertise to the external community as an indication of our support for our teachers and as an indicator of our relationships with the education community. As a supplement to support evidence of family satisfaction, we also track a variety of enrollment data. What We Measure KPI Measure Threshold 10 Employee Satisfaction Employee satisfaction on the Employee Opinion Survey in the areas of communication, compensation, and culture & climate, in addition to the overall average satisfaction scores Overall responses are in the positive or very positive range.
