Sources of Strength and Eye to Eye
Peak to Peak supports programs that support students’ unique needs.
Sources of Strength is a peer leadership training program for students that
aims to prevent suicide, bullying and substance abuse. This program trains
students to identify and develop support systems that enhance well-being
and promote healthy coping mechanisms.
Eye to Eye is a national program taught by, and for, students with learning
differences, learning disabilities and/or Attention Deficit Disorder
and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD). This is a strengths-
based program that allows students to share their learning
experiences and challenges in a safe learning environment.
The program focuses on developing self-awareness,
skills and attributes while teaching self-advocacy
and mentoring through an art-focused
curriculum.
