I began my Peak training several years ago, intending to add it to my portfolio of skills. It is now a central part of everything I do! I have learned to focus my mind and center my thoughts when I have a challenge to deal with. I use the training on myself for good functional posture as well as proper form during workouts. The precision and depth Peak emphasizes have transformed all aspects of my teaching.” Becky Dastrup, Peak Pilates Instructor 19
